METHOD #1: PAN FRY IT

Perfect for tacos and stir fry

  1. Heat a hot skillet to medium-high heat, add oil, and cook your veggies and other filling as usual until nearly done.

  2. Add Snack Jack and 1/2 cup of water for every Medium bag of Snack Jack.

  3. Continue cooking until Snack Jack absorbs all of the water. 

  4. Cook it a little more and Snack Jack will brown and caramelize (just like steak!). 

METHOD #2: STEW IT

To make great chili, stews, and curry

  1. Cook your dish as usual.

  2. Add Snack Jack to the pot during the last 10 minutes of cooking. 

  3. For extra flavor, pan fry in a little oil before adding Snack Jack to the pot.

METHOD #3: JUST ADD WATER

As a topper for nachos and pizza

  1. Soak Snack Jack in boiled or very warm water for 3 minutes or until it softens up. 

  2. Add it as a topping to your favorite baked dish and bake as usual. Snack Jack will brown in the oven as it bakes!
