METHOD #1: PAN FRY IT
Perfect for tacos and stir fry:
Heat a hot skillet to medium-high heat, add oil, and cook your veggies and other filling as usual until nearly done.
Add Snack Jack and 1/2 cup of water for every Medium bag of Snack Jack.
Continue cooking until Snack Jack absorbs all of the water.
Cook it a little more and Snack Jack will brown and caramelize (just like steak!).
METHOD #2: STEW IT
To make great chili, stews, and curry:
Cook your dish as usual.
Add Snack Jack to the pot during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
For extra flavor, pan fry in a little oil before adding Snack Jack to the pot.
METHOD #3: BAKE IT
As a topper for nachos and pizza:
Soak Snack Jack in boiled or very warm water for 3 minutes or until it softens up.
