Diana is the inventor of Snack Jack.
She has a background in culinary arts, teaching, marketing, graphic design, writing, and photography. She's a student for life and in her spare time enjoys learning about botany and foraging.
When Diana launched Snack Jack, she was working for a nonprofit specializing in farm animal welfare by day, slicing jerky by night, and selling it on the weekends at farmers markets.
She's been cooking since she was tall enough to reach the stove. Before launching Snack Jack, she livestreamed a cooking show three times a week on TwitchTV featuring paleo/gluten-free/vegan cooking.
When she's not making Snack Jack, she spends most of her time raising her son, cooking for her family, and enjoying the outdoors—hiking, kayaking, foraging for wild edibles, and carving wooden spoons.
She has lived on 5 continents and speaks speaks English, Spanish, and Turkish fluently.
